Shipping Policy

• Address Accuracy: Orders are shipped to the address provided in the customer's account. Tru Mindset Apparel is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or invalid addresses.
• Returned Packages: Packages returned due to insufficient or incorrect addresses will trigger a verification email. Customers must respond within 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation and issuance of store credit.
• Reshipping Fees: Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for reshipping orders due to invalid addresses.
• Address/Size Corrections: Minor address or size changes can be made free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact customer service via phone or email within this timeframe.
• Shipping Timeframe:
  • Most orders ship within 2-7 business days.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for shipment during holiday periods.
