Tru Mindset Apparel - Return and Refund Policy

General Returns:

• Items purchased from Tru Mindset Apparel may be returned for store credit only.
• Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card, valid for future purchases.
• Store credit is for the purchase price of the item only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Store credit gift cards do not expire and can be used with discount codes.

Exchanges:

• Sale items are eligible for size exchanges only.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued for store credit only, except in the following cases:
  • Out-of-stock items will be automatically refunded to the original payment method, including taxes.
  • Defective items, or mispacked orders will be replaced. If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

• Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:
  • Items purchased more than 15 days ago.
  • Items no longer available for sale.
  • Items purchased using store credit from a previous exchange.
  • Items purchased at events or special events.
  • Swimwear and intimate apparel.
• Items purchased during Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales are only eligible for size exchanges, unless the item is defective.
• Sale prices and discount codes are valid only during the specified sale period. Price adjustments will not be made for orders placed before or after the sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.
• For U.S. customers, a prepaid return label will be provided for the return of the item.
• A replacement will be shipped upon receipt of the returned item.
