Order Processing and Shipping

  • Finalized Purchases: Due to system limitations, Tru Mindset Apparel cannot make manual adjustments to finalized purchases. All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed.
  • Accurate Shipping Addresses: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. To avoid shipping delays, please verify the address listed on your order confirmation email.
  • Shipping Liability: Tru Mindset Apparel is not liable for misplaced, lost, or stolen packages during transit. Responsibility for mail pieces during USPS delivery services rests with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Missing Package Assistance: While Tru Mindset Apparel is not responsible for shipping errors, we will provide reasonable assistance to customers regarding missing packages.
  • Claims Process:
    • All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
    • Claims processing may take up to three (3) weeks.
    • Further action will be taken upon receipt of USPS's response to the claim.
    • Customer patience is appreciated during this process.
    • Filing a claim does not guarantee compensation or reimbursement from USPS. Tru Mindset Apparel will assist in the claim process, but USPS's decision is final.

Discount Codes

  • Application at Checkout: All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
  • Post-Purchase Adjustments: For customer security, our system does not allow manual application of discount codes or price adjustments to finalized orders.
  • Single Code Usage: Only one (1) discount code may be applied per purchase.
